We had a ward Temple day, our temple is the Louisville Kentucky temple, so we took the 2 hour drive. Its a mini temple, reminded me of the Anchorage temple. Its right next to the stake center, so the youth babysat the kids at the church so the parents could go. Which was very nice! After being at the Washington DC temple the boys thought this temple was VERY small. Their first comment.. that's the temple?!
After the temple we changed our clothes and headed over to the Louisville Slugger Factory. Took some pictures with the giant baseball bat out front
The wouldn't let us take pictures in the actual factory. But we just happend to be there the one day out of the year that they were actually making the professional's bats for spring training. We got to see several of the players bats that they have specially made just for them. It was pretty cool.
