Whoa

I know, you are wondering.. who are these people, they haven't updated their blog in so long I forgot they even had a blog.  Well here we are sending our love from Beautiful Lancaster County Pennsylvania.  I am sitting here at my desk with the windows open on this sunny day, smelling fresh cow manure (its a common occurrence around here, side effects of living near so many farms).

I have uploaded a bunch of pictures so check them out.

Bryce with our friend Wendy, she is just about the coolest friend.  We are kind of a novelty to her and her husband, cause we have kids.  They think everything the boys do is so cute and funny.

The boys visiting the clock and watch museum in Columbia, PA.

Then comes cub scouts.  Brady has been very busy this year being a Bear.  He has the most amazing leaders, these guys are die hards.  I am pretty sure they live and breath scouts.  Anyway, here is Brady and his Buddie Ben watch the cars come down the track at the pinewood derby.

Brady's sweet tank that he and Jason made.  It definitely looked cool, but maybe not the fastest :)

Here he is with his Bear Den,  his leader Eric couldn't be more patient.. what a guy

The cub scout cake bake.. we would like to say that we are those parents that just let the kid do it all on his own.  But there was a lack of planning on my part, so I baked the cake while Brady was at school, he did frost the cake.  But then Jason saved the day with his great decorating skills.  I am still amazed that he can do that.

Then came the April pack meeting when Brady and his entire (that is 12 boys) all got their Bear badge.  We are standing next to his friend Ben and his Dad Vince.  They have been such great friends, so lucky to have found them.

Bryce and his water gun, every day that it's a little warm he is ready to pull out he slip and slide and his water guns.

Our beautiful bushes that line the back fence of our yard.  These are the brightest yellow blossoms.  I wish they lasted all year long, but unfortunately they have already turned to green leaves.

The wienermobile made a stop at the grocery store by our house.. it was very exciting!

Then came Easter... what a fun time.  We went to an Easter egg hunt at a local church here in Lititz. A helicopter drops eggs, except not this year, cause it was raining too much and they would give the pilot permission to take off.  Oh well lots of eggs to collect without it.  Here is a picture of Brady, Ben, and Tyler.

Then inside the church they had all sorts of activities, bounce houses, carnival games.

 And the Easter Bunny

The day before Easter we were invited to some friends house for another Easter egg hunt, which was way better than the first, lots more eggs and much better weather.

We colored some Easter eggs Saturday night with our friend Adam

Easter morning, Bryce looking in the dryer for his basket

After church we took some pictures with all the blossoms in the yard.

Then came baseball.. pretty much all we have been doing since the middle of March.. and all we will be doing until June 9th.  This is Bryce's first year, he is playing Tball.  He absolutely loves it.  He has amazing coaches.  Brady is in his 2nd season of kid pitch.  So his games last a little longer :)  But he is having a good time.  Only been hit with the ball once when he was up to bat so far this season.

This is opening night for the league.  They have all the teams run around the bases with their coaches.  Brady is #5 on the red team.  Bryce is #1 on the grey team.

Bryce's team (he is the one on the end on the right), this was before their first game, we thought it was hilarious that they posed them for all the parents that wanted pictures.  It was really cute.

They each get a turn at being catcher, since its t-ball they don't actually do much.  But Bryce loved it.  We had a good laugh as well cause he could barely walk in all the gear!
